How to attach embroidered patches to clothes?

Embroidered patches are also called embroidered appliques. Usually, there is a layer of adhesive on the back. The adhesive is melted by heating and then adhered to the clothes, so they are also called iron-on patches. First, prepare the iron and embroidered patches, as well as clothes and a piece of cotton cloth. Secondly, put the clothes on a clean table, put the embroidered patches in the position you plan to fix, and cover them with a layer of cotton cloth to prevent the funnel from dirtying the clothes! Then, connect the iron to the power supply and adjust it to about 130 degrees. Wait a few minutes to heat the embroidered patches. Do not keep them in the same position without moving them. Instead, press them hard while moving them. Repeat several times to see if the edges are tightly together. If not, repeat several times until they are tightly attached. Finally, lift the cloth covering the top, and it's time to witness the miracle!

How to make and use computer embroidery patches

Computer embroidery badges, also known as embroidery badges, are also called embroidery patches. Common materials for computer embroidery badges include: felt cloth, twill, gabardine, uniform cloth, satin cloth, denim and many other optional computer embroidery badges are classified by craftsmanship: hot-cut embroidery badges, lock-edge embroidery badges, hot-melt glue embroidery badges (back glue embroidery badges), and some have a hot-stamped bottom on the back. There are also Velcro embroidery badges and other computer embroidery badges. The use scenarios of the following scenarios are: clothing, shoes and hats, handbags, luggage, etc.

Embroidery process: First, the pattern room scans and designs the pattern according to the file (AI, PDF, JPG, etc.) or the sample provided by the customer. Secondly, according to the color requirements in the file (usually Pantone color cards) or the color of the actual sample embroidery thread, the closest embroidery thread is selected for pattern making. After the sample is made, it is adjusted against the file picture or the original sample. The sample is sent for the customer to sign and confirm. The material for the sample can be ordered after the size and color of the pattern are OK (the paper is of the same thickness and weight, and the embroidery thread is of the same color and batch number to avoid color difference). During the production of large quantities, the foreman should often check the signature of the customer to confirm the sample, and make modifications and adjustments in time if any problems are found. The thread cutting and packaging in the later process must be strictly in accordance with the requirements. The materials that should be packaged separately must be packaged separately. The materials that are easy to deform must be standardized in cartons, and the model number, batch number, color, quantity, etc. must be indicated.
Business scope: Computer embroidery processing: specifically divided into handbag embroidery processing, patch embroidery processing, wallet embroidery processing, pleated cotton embroidery processing, piece embroidery processing, cut piece embroidery processing, plush toy embroidery processing, shoe upper embroidery processing, PU leather embroidery processing, greeting card embroidery processing, ribbon embroidery processing, etc.
